Metropolis Tourist Home Rooms

The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent - very close to Metro - and the rooms with balcony were perfect to watch the lively neighbourhood.

The staff at the Metropolis is wonderful. My flight was delayed a bit and they still waited for me at the airport and got me safely to the hotel. I needed to get cash when I got there and one of the staff members walked with me to the ATM to make sure I found everything alright. I ordered the chicken biryani and raita with a lemon mint juice and they brought it straight to my room. It was hot and fresh and tasty. The next morning I needed to leave for the train station and the staff was very helpful giving me tips for how to get there and what to do. They called a rickshaw for me and I was off. When I was on my train, they even kept in touch with me over WhatsApp to make sure I got to my next place okay. I would stay here over and over again just for the helpfulness of the staff!

In Paharganj near metro station. They have a shuttle from the airport for raisonnable price, which makes the arrival easy . Very big room with a fridge and balcony. Great bathroom. Hot water. Ac and fan Helpful and nice personal.

a old legendary place in Pahari gang, I came here first 20 years ago. very central great location. really nice staff, room are big confortable. very good restaurant and so room service. recommend.

I have to start with the staff. The manager was extremely helpful. He organized an airport pick up, train tickets, tuk tuks etc. Thank you for that! I also could leave my backpack there for few days which helped me a lot. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Staff were helpful. The room was very quiet even though the hotel area was noisy which was a bonus.

The people there was amazing. They send me a Whatsapp message with all the necessary details when I booked the room. They also booked me a pick up from the airport. After long travel, people in The hotel welcomed me in with tea and travel advises. If you are looking for easy going, safe and clean place with good location and friendly and helpful people, this is your place.
